**Role Overview:** As the Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst for Citi, you will be a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead application systems analysis and programming activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals, identify necessary system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements. - Resolve a variety of high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. - Provide expertise in the area and advanced knowledge of applications programming, ensuring application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. - Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation. - Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business integrate to accomplish goals, providing in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. - Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. - Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. **Qualifications:** - 9-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role. - Highly experienced senior core Python developer with 9+ years of experience in software building and platform engineering. - Expertise in building high-scaled and performant software platforms for data computation and processing. - Expert level knowledge of core Python concepts and libraries such as pandas, numpy, and scipy, along with OOPs concepts and design patterns. - Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, databases, and operating systems. - Experienced with Unix-based operating systems and writing SQL queries. - Proficiency with source code management tools like Bitbucket, Git. - Experience in the banking domain like pricing, risk is a plus. - CFA/FRM certification is a plus. - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. **About Uplers:** At Uplers, our goal is to make hiring reliable, simple, and fast.
