Senior Python Developer Backend & AI/ML

As a Senior Python Developer at the company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and scaling backend systems and AI/ML solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Python APIs for AI/ML and backend systems, collaborating with frontend teams to integrate applications using React.js, architecting and optimizing workloads on AWS cloud services, deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI/ML models in production environments, maintaining technical documentation and code quality, best practices, as well as mentoring junior developers and assisting in code reviews. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Python APIs for AI/ML and backend systems. - Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate applications using React.js. - Architect and optimize workloads on AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3). - Deploy, monitor, and scale AI/ML models in production environments. - Maintain technical documentation, code quality, and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and assist in code reviews. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Masters degree or relevant certifications in AI/ML is a plus. - 10+ years of professional IT experience. - Hands-on expertise in Python development. - Experience with React.js for front-end integration. - Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3). - Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production. The company is looking for candidates with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, knowledge of other cloud platforms like Azure/GCP, experience with MLOps pipelines and AI model fine-tuning, as well as familiarity with vector databases or data pipelines are considered nice-to-have skills.
