Dear Candidate, If you're a motivated and self driven Civil Engineering Professional with Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Field, Team Square is extending an opportunity for you for the position of Senior Project Manager. Urgent requirement Immediate Joining Location: Kochi Technical Expertise required: Working Experience in Government projects Managing and supervising civil engineering projects and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contract documents. Must have leadership ability, experience working collaboratively with technical specialists, and a strong knowledge of government projects, methods, and deliverables. Responsible for conducting site visits, site meetings, and periodical review meetings, as well as specifically project management and construction supervision of projects. Checking work in progress for compliance with specified requirements and verifying contractor's bills. Must have thorough applicative level knowledge in cost estimation, Steel works including BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), Rate analysis, Labor and machinery analysis, Awareness of DSR and DAR, Excellent working knowledge in MS Excel Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status Assign responsibilities and mentor project team Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions At least complete 4-5 public or commercial projects **Attractive Salary with incentives Interested candidates, please send your CV to joining.square@gmail.com.
