Senior Project Assistant

As a Senior Project Assistant for the ICMR Improving Glycemic Control Project at St. John's Research Institute in Bangalore, your role will be crucial in developing a healthcare delivery model for diabetes in urban underprivileged settings. Your primary aim is to improve glycemic control and quality of care for Diabetes Mellitus. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Organize documents: Implement filing systems to maintain important documents, invoices, and contracts efficiently. - Reply to correspondence: Serve as the first point of contact, responding to emails, letters, and calls professionally and promptly. - Order supplies: Liaise with suppliers to procure necessary equipment and stationery for the project and office. - Handle invoices: Maintain project invoices regularly for documentation purposes. - Organize meetings: Arrange and prepare in-office and off-site company meetings, managing schedules effectively. - Management of Accounts: Maintain project accounts accurately. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree qualification preferred - Experienced candidates will be preferable If you are proficient in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi languages, and possess strong organizational and communication skills, you are encouraged to apply for this position.
