Senior Product Manager

Own the complete software surface of our robotics platform, driving product direction and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

• Observe warehouse workflows and validate customer needs.
• Define product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Build business cases covering demand and pricing.
• Own business requirements and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Lead product launch planning with key stakeholders.

Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role

• 10–15 years overall, with at least 5 years in hardware + software product management.
• Domain Experience: Hands-on experience in Robotics, Warehouse Automation, Material Handling, Automotive, EV or Industrial Technology.
• End-to-End Product Ownership: Has owned complex products from discovery and NPD through prototyping, production, launch and customer deployment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hardware-software integration, embedded systems, firmware, electronics, controls and software architecture.
• Commercial & Customer Ownership: Experience in customer discovery, product strategy, business cases, ROI, pricing and cross-functional engineering leadership.

Extra Information

• Good-to-have experience in **Robotics** or **automation**.
• Previous roles in **warehouse operations** are advantageous.
• Soft skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Must be comfortable working with customers directly.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,750,000.00 per month
