Senior Product Consultant - Global Fraud Analytics

As a Senior Consultant in Product Management at TransUnion, you will have the opportunity to lead fraud detection and prevention efforts as a key member of the Global Fraud Analytics team. Your role will involve analyzing data, understanding markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering fraud analytics products. You will work closely with stakeholders across data science, engineering, and business groups to develop new fraud detection algorithms and enhance existing fraud prevention systems. To succeed in this role, you should bring at least 7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Product Management, or related fields. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required, with certifications in fraud detection or cybersecurity preferred. A Master's degree in Business Administration is also preferred. You should have experience in leading fraud detection and prevention projects, along with in-depth knowledge of fraud detection techniques, machine learning, data analytics, and industry standards/regulations related to fraud prevention. Strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations and company policies is essential. You should have proven ability to analyze complex data, develop and maintain product roadmaps, and manage product backlogs. Additional qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this hybrid position, you will perform job responsibilities both virtually and in-person at an assigned TransUnion office location for a minimum of two days a week. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, overseeing the development and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, strategically prioritizing and managing the product backlog, conducting market research and competitor analysis, providing leadership and guidance to data scientists and engineers, monitoring product performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to fraud detection and prevention.
