Role Overview: You are an experienced consulting professional with a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. You operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment. Your role involves implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs by applying Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or participate as Senior Technical Team Lead in Development, Implementation, or Managed Service activity streams such as Migration, Testing support, and coordination with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for various activities. - Assist hands-on with analysis, design, and implementation of solutions for various business requirements. - Develop programs as per specifications/requirements given by Oracle/Client within the planned schedule. - Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve deliverables that meet quality expectations of Oracle/Client. - Document all work following agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle/Client. - Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle/Client and comply with audit/compliance requirements. - Ensure quality code delivery and perform proper handover/knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment. - Provide timely status reporting to the supervisor and submit timesheets and expenses for Oracle/Clients promptly. Qualifications Required: - You possess experience in end-to-end Development, Implementation, and Support activities as Team Lead covering expertise areas such as design of customizations, Coding and Unit testing, executing Test cycle rounds, including End of Days, migrations, and Integrations for Oracle FLEXCUBE/Core banking products. - You have knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, JavaScript, XML. Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database (18c or 12c). - Exposure to software deployment and troubleshooting on Application Server software, especially Oracle Weblogic. - Working knowledge of Release management and Source control tools, along with Issue Tracking on Application and follow-up for resolution with stakeholders. - Good client interaction skills, including presentation of solutions, analysis of Oracle Database AWR/ADDM reports, and troubleshooting of database performance issues. - Awareness of Banking terminologies and concepts, proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, communication & documentation skills in English.
