Job Description: Patient Relationship Manager (PRM)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
• Conduct repeat calling for patient follow-ups, pending bookings, appointment reminders, and patient reactivation.
• Maintain and update E2B (Eligible, Booked, Done) trackers and monitor Book-to-Done (B2D) performance.
• Identify pending eligible patients and ensure timely follow-ups to improve bookings and consultation completion.
• Prepare and maintain clinic-wise Excel/Google Sheets trackers, daily MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
• Track calling productivity, follow-up bookings, and clinic performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to clinic SOPs, accurate data entry, and patient confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, healthcare operations, or patient relationship management.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and data management skills.

Key Objective: Ensure smooth clinic operations, disciplined repeat calling, accurate E2B tracking, and improved patient follow-ups and consultation completion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
