Senior - OLE

Role Overview: You will be responsible for undertaking Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) design and engineering activities within the group, focusing on both design and consultancy services. Your role will involve providing technical support and assistance to the team. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver OLE (design and consultancy) specific tasks - Contribute an OLE engineering input to multi-disciplinary railway engineering projects - Design and draft detailed designs for OLE - Conduct Overhead wiring calculations and be familiar with design stages from concept to As-builts - Design and develop OLE systems independently - Have a good understanding of Layout plans, Bonding plans, Cross sections, and material allocations - Help in developing WSP company expertise in OLE engineering - Adhere to company quality and project management disciplines and procedures - Contribute to the growth of WSP business in railway infrastructure engineering - Support in achieving learning and development objectives as per Career Development Plan - Ensure compliance with company safety and ethics policies - Provide training to Graduate and assistant Engineers - Communicate effectively with Australia - Proficient in Microstation, Autocad, and MS Office - Possess good interpersonal skills and expected to have strong written and verbal communication skills Qualification Required: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in OLE design, with preference given to experience in AU geography - B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering - Experience with AutoCad and Microstation is preferred - Capable of adapting to a changing environment, proactive, and quality-oriented.,
