Senior Network Administrator (Aruba)

As an Information Technology Network Administrator at VARITE India Private Limited, you will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and managing Aruba switches and wireless solutions. Your expertise will be utilized to provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues, optimize network performance using Aruba Central and ClearPass, and implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure. You will lead network upgrade projects, integration initiatives, and act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired/wireless integration problems, and configuring and maintaining Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement. Implementing security best practices such as role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols will be a key part of your responsibilities. Essential skills for this role include expertise in ArubaOS, AirWave, ClearPass, and Aruba Central, strong knowledge of advanced network protocols, VLANs, and security principles, as well as excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Desirable skills include Aruba certifications (ACSP, ACMP, ACCP).
