Senior Motion Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in motion graphics and video editing, demonstrated through a comprehensive demo reel and detailed resume of previous work and production history. As a Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor, your primary responsibility will be to create captivating motion graphics and produce/edit videos according to the briefs provided. This includes developing original, fully harmonized motion graphics-based videos incorporating various elements such as animation, shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, and workflow visualizations. Additionally, you will be creating motion graphics assets like lower-thirds, title cards, end cards, cinemographs, advertisements, customer education videos, and more. You will be involved in the entire process of marketing video production, from pre-production to post-production, working closely with Directors, Team Leads, content writers, marketing managers, and other internal stakeholders. It is essential to maintain high standards of project and asset management, work within production budget and timeline parameters, and ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity. To excel in this role, you must have expertise in tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Communication skills are crucial, as you will be collaborating in both remote and on-site team environments, providing and receiving constructive criticism, and effectively communicating project status with the creative team and marketing managers. The ability to work independently when required, articulate creative processes and ideas clearly, and manage multiple projects in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment are essential qualities. Attention to detail, quality assurance, and a strong drive to create a positive work environment are highly valued. A Bachelor's Degree in a video or design-related field, along with at least 6 years of professional motion graphics and video editing experience, is preferred. Proficiency in shot composition, lighting fundamentals, and prior experience in a creative agency would be advantageous.
