Senior Mobile Engineer, Android

As a Senior Android Engineer at Greenlight, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing Greenlight's Android app with a focus on performance, code quality, and user experience. Your responsibilities will include the full-cycle development of the Android app, redesigning client experiences using Kotlin and Compose, ensuring application stability, and collaborating with the engineering team to build new features. Key Responsibilities: - Involved in full-cycle development of Greenlight's Android app - Design and develop mobile SDK frameworks or common libraries - Redesign client experiences on the consumer app using Kotlin and Compose - Ensure performance, code quality, testing, and stability of the application - Write Unit and Functional tests - Collaborate with engineering team members to build new features - Define functional specs and designs for initiatives - Improve engineering tooling, process, and standards for application delivery - Participate in the on-call process to ensure a great user experience for families Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 3+ years of experience in Kotlin is a MUST - 5+ years of solid Android experience - Experience building UI with Jetpack Compose is a plus - Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Distribution of mobile applications - Passion for building reusable solutions - Collaborative, positive, inclusive, and team-oriented attitude - Desire to learn and master new technologies,
