Role Overview: As a skilled MERN Developer at our company, you will be responsible for managing MERN stack projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring successful project completion. Your role will involve designing scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and converting business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate practical experience in Node JS, MongoDB, React.js, Class Based React, and GIT. - Design robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions utilizing the MERN stack. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges promptly, delivering thoroughly tested and bug-free applications. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task prioritization to foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation within the development team.
