Job Summary

Tosser Craft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Merchant who can drive new buyer acquisition, develop business relationships, manage garment orders, and ensure smooth execution from sampling to final shipment.

The ideal candidate should have strong apparel merchandising knowledge, an established network of buyers, and the ability to convert new business opportunities into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new buyers, fashion brands, retailers, and sourcing companies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing buyers to generate repeat business.
• Handle buyer inquiries, product development, sampling, costing, and order negotiations.
• Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, quality, and finishing teams.
• Monitor order execution, production timelines, quality standards, and shipment schedules.
• Ensure timely communication with buyers and resolve order-related issues.
• Track order profitability, delivery commitments, and customer satisfaction.
• Build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities for the company.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising, garment manufacturing, or apparel business development.
• Proven ability to acquire new buyers and generate business.
• Strong understanding of garment costing, sampling, production, and shipment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Existing buyer contacts and industry networking will be an advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and capabilities, with performance-linked incentives for business development.
