Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our B2B diamond jewellery sales across India. This role involves traveling across the country, meeting jewellery retailers, attending trade shows, and generating sales. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, persuasive, and confident, with the ability to build strong relationships and close deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • B2B Sales & Business Development: Sell diamond jewellery to retailers across India. • Trade Show Sales: Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, build client relationships, and generate orders. • Retailer Outreach: Regularly visit jewellery stores across cities to pitch products and secure bulk orders. • Lead Generation & Client Handling: Identify new potential clients, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term business partners. • Sales Target Achievement: Work on an incentive-driven structure to meet and exceed sales targets. • Market Intelligence: Understand market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies. • Reporting & Coordination: Report daily sales updates and market insights to the management team. Ideal Candidate Profile: • Smart, Confident & Persuasive: Must be an exceptional talker with the ability to convince and close deals. • Sales-Driven & Self-Motivated: Must have the hunger to chase and achieve targets. • Experience in Jewellery Industry (Preferred): Candidates with previous experience in jewellery sales will have an edge. • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil (any additional language is a plus). • Travel-Ready: Willing to travel extensively across India for business. • Professional & Presentable: Must carry a polished and professional demeanor. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: 35,000/month onwards (negotiable based on experience). • Travel Allowance: Provided for official visits. • Incentives & Target-Based Earnings: High earning potential based on performance. • Growth Opportunities: Fast-track career growth based on sales performance. Work Schedule: • Full-time, in-office role (T. Nagar, Chennai). • Extensive travel required for sales and trade show participation.
