Key Responsibilities:

• Operational expertise to support the day-to-day execution including:

• Email Sends, List Imports, Quality Control, Data, Reporting, Nurture Builds, Testing, and Troubleshooting

• Works as a marketing automation Marketo technical subject matter expert, having had the breadth and depth of experience to provide solutions to complex business problems, based on real-world experiences.

• Participates in business process review meetings and helps define technical/functional requirements for marketing automation solutions.

• Executes on marketing automation implementation plans to include sales and marketing alignment, lead-to-revenue strategies, database requirements, nurture strategy and execution, automation configuration, and functional mapping of integrations.

• Executes architecture projects, working to understand functional requirements, interacting with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and deliver.

• Oversees and executes marketing automation audits, implementations, integrations, and rebuilds as a member of a cross-functional team.

• Generates customer presentations leveraging value-based methodologies.

• Develops proof-of-concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.

• Collaborates with account and project managers in managing client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Passionate marketer with 3-5 years of hands on Marketo Marketing Automation experience.

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms (Hubspot/Pardot) is a plus.

• Consulting, agency or client facing experience.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Self-starter who can work independently.

• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.

• Ability to create/write client facing technical and executive summary documentation.
