Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities across the organization. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in hiring for Top Management, Middle Management, and Operational-level positions across diverse functions. The candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, expertise in sourcing strategies, and the ability to close critical positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to on boarding.
• Handle hiring for:
• Top Management Positions
• Middle Management Positions
• Operational & Support Functions
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and competency-based assessments.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports to management.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per agreed timelines.

Vendor & Portal Management

• Manage recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
• Monitor consultant performance and hiring effectiveness.
• Optimize utilization of job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Recruitment Analytics & MIS

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Prepare recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as:
• Time to Hire
• Cost per Hire
• Offer-to-Join Ratio
• Source Effectiveness

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Educational Qualification

• MBA MSW / PGDM in HR preferred.
• Any graduate with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.

Experience & Skills

• 10-13 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in hiring Top Management, Middle Management, and Operational-level positions.
• Experience working with recruitment consultants and job portals.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
