Senior Manager - SFB (Key Account Manager-NBFC/MFI)

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Business Delivery
  Manage the day-to-day relationship with the assigned partner and ensure effective execution of business plans and channel initiatives to support achievement of business objectives.
• Partner Relationship Management
  Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the partner organisation, acting as the primary contact for business coordination, partner engagement, and issue resolution.
• Performance Monitoring & Operational Excellence
  Monitor business performance across key metrics such as sales, persistency, productivity, and customer acquisition, while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Partner Coordination & Business Support
  Coordinate with partner and internal teams to drive training programmes, sales activations, business reviews, and engagement initiatives. Ensure timely execution of agreed actions, track deliverables, and support smooth implementation of business and operational priorities.
• MIS, Dashboards & Reporting
  Prepare and manage periodic MIS, dashboards, performance trackers, and business reviews, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for partner and internal stakeholders.
• Governance & Compliance
  Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines, support audit and compliance requirements, and track closure of operational, governance, and service-related action items.
