Job Description


  • We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager - Security to lead our security team. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a proven track record of ensuring the safety and security of our organization.

Roles and Responsibility


  •     Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against cyber threats and physical attacks.

  •     Lead and manage a team of security professionals, providing guidance and training on security best practices.

  •     Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.

  •     Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of security measures across the organization.

  •     Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in security, applying this knowledge to improve our security posture.

  •     Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.

Job Requirements


  •     Proven experience in security management, preferably in a similar role or industry.

  •     Strong understanding of security principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

  •     Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  •     Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, making sound decisions under pressure.

  •     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to think critically.

  •     Familiarity with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption solutions.
