Senior Manager-SAP S/4 Hana Test Management

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Test Management Manager, your role involves overseeing the testing lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades to ensure high-quality standards are met before deployment. Your responsibilities include defining test strategies, managing test execution, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with business requirements, system architecture, and project timelines. - Define test scope, objectives, and methodologies covering functional, integration, and performance testing. - Establish testing best practices based on industry standards such as ISTQB, Agile, and DevOps. - Ensure regulatory compliance in industries like manufacturing, finance, healthcare, and retail. - Oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. - Utilize test automation tools to streamline test execution and monitor progress. - Manage defect tracking and resolution processes ensuring timely fixes and revalidation. - Establish a test governance framework to standardize testing policies and procedures. - Define and track key quality metrics and perform risk-based testing assessments. - Lead and mentor onshore and offshore test teams for productivity and efficiency. - Drive test automation adoption, implement CI/CD practices, and explore AI/ML-driven testing solutions. - Continuously refine test strategies based on industry advancements and previous project learnings. Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager certification is highly desirable. - 10+ years of experience in SAP testing and test management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations. - Extensive experience in managing end-to-end SAP testing lifecycles and expertise in test automation tools. - Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and SAFe methodologies in SAP projects. - Strong technical skills in SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Solution Manager, API testing, performance testing, and security testing. - Soft skills including strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. - SAP-related certifications and experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments are a plus.
