Job Description

What are we looking for? Supporting the complete SAP environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Follow-up and Co-ordination on support Activities and Action Items of new requirements Conduit between HDFCSL users and consultants/vendors of support applications Implementing Change Requests and improving TAT of helpdesk calls Map user requirements into SAP application Enhancement/Improvement of SAP processes operationally & technically User Management & User Training. Coordination with IT and technical data management Quarterly user recertification Yearly DR-Drill activity for SAP Part of BI-BW requirement finalization and support Documenting the changes in business process and then following the system change management process Governance & Operations management for SAP applications Supporting other in-house applications like CaseBook (Litigation Tracker), Online PIT, Online EDP, ESOP Application etc Handling all audit related queries around SAP application and closing them within defined timelines Responsible for closure of the VAPTs along with Information security team for all SAP application Candidate Requirements: Experience: 6 to 8 yrs Education: Any Graduate
