Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager HR (Site Administration) at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and administrative activities at project sites in Bangalore. Your role will involve managing manpower deployment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and overseeing site administration to support project execution seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and site-specific HR policies. - Handle labor license, contractor compliance, audits, and documentation. - Maintain records in accordance with RERA, local statutory bodies, and internal governance requirements. - Address employee grievances and resolve site-level HR issues promptly. - Drive engagement and welfare activities to boost workforce morale and retention. - Oversee health, safety, and welfare provisions such as accommodation, canteen, transport, and medical facilities. - Supervise security, housekeeping, and facilities management at the site. - Coordinate with contractors/vendors for smooth functioning of administrative services. - Monitor budgets and optimize costs related to site HR and administrative functions. - Ensure grooming, discipline, and code of conduct among site staff. - Lead and mentor site HR & admin teams to ensure consistent service delivery. - Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports covering HR, compliance, and administration metrics. - Collaborate with central HR and senior management for strategic HR initiatives at project sites. Qualifications: - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field. - 12-15 years of experience in HR operations and site administration, preferably in real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proven ability to manage large, diverse workforce and multiple vendors at site. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP tools.,
