Senior Manager - Corporate Sales

• This is a hunter’s role, whereby the candidate is mandated to acquire new Enterprise Accounts customers in the Foreign Exchange vertical.
• The role has a team management as well as an individual contributor responsibility.
• Position is expected to meet assigned corporate sales targets – both budgeted top-line and revenue nos.
• Candidate is expected to have a clear understanding of the presales process and design pitch accordingly. 5. Expected to cold-call to generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline at all times
• Understand customer’s service needs and advice product and service delivery solutions by working closely with the Relationship and Service Delivery Teams.
• Ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements at all times.
• Ensure regular and efficient client engagement – in all accounts on boarded by the individual.
• In the farming role, responsible to achieve the targets for existing accounts on revenue.
• Promote use of FX Online Booking Tool in new Corporate / wholesale customers as applicable.
• Drive cross-selling of varioud products (CT, VISA, Insurance etc.) in acquired accounts.
• Maintain complete details of all Leads in the CRM based Lead Management System.
• Responsible for new corporate acquisition for the designated geography.
• Achieve set revenue targets on a monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
• Manage the customer relationships to drive business volumes.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance requirements as defined by the organization

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
