Senior Management / Leadership - Analog Design

As an Analog/Mixed Signal Design Lead at AMD, you will play a crucial role in the semiconductor industry by focusing on analog/mixed signal silicon IP design and development. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of analog/mixed signal silicon designers - Planning detailed circuit design schedules, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reviewing team members" performance - Collaborating with project/IP directors, system architects, SOC designers, and physical designers to ensure timely and quality deliverables - Contributing to defining analog circuit architecture for various AMS blocks - Engaging with cross-functional teams across different geographies to ensure successful team engagement and execution - Mitigating overall risks and ensuring the quality of work within schedule - Developing AMS design flows to improve team productivity, efficiency, and quality of execution - Planning and managing analog/mixed circuit design/verification activities to meet performance, power, reliability, and timing requirements - Working closely with layout design teams to deliver DRC rules compliant physical designs - Creating production/bench-level test plans for post-silicon characterization/validation Preferred Experience: - 16+ years of professional experience in analog/mixed signal silicon IP design - Leading small to medium-sized engineering teams effectively - Hands-on design experience in high-speed serial and/or parallel PHY/IO designs - Strong fundamentals in mixed signal circuit architecture and design techniques - Design experience in FinFET nodes such as 16/14/10/7/5/3nm - Proficiency in AMS EDA industry-standard tools and design practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Master's degree in electrical engineering, PhD preferred At AMD, we care deeply about transforming lives with our technology and are committed to building products that accelerate next-generation computing experiences.
