Senior Lead Python Developer - AWS

You are a skilled Python Developer with experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. Your primary focus will be on backend services, data processing, APIs, and automation to ensure performance and reliability. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality Python applications. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Additionally, you will develop RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party services, work with databases (SQL & NoSQL), and implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms. It will be crucial to optimize application performance and scalability and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and DevOps. You will also be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues and automating repetitive tasks using scripts and tools. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development. Proficiency in frameworks like Django, Flask, or Fast API is essential. Strong knowledge of MySQL/any RDBMS and MongoDB is required for database management. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and working with API documentation tools like Swagger/Postman is highly valued. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial, along with proficiency in Git and GitHub/GitLab for version control. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest is necessary, and familiarity with messaging queues such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Celery is a plus.
