Senior Lead Finance Analytics & Reporting

You are a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional being sought to join the Global Finance team as a Senior Lead in Finance Analytics & Reporting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, maintaining master data integrity, and providing data-driven insights to facilitate strategic decisions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a structured work approach, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering accurate monthly reports focusing on sales, margins, and financial KPIs, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial master data, conducting in-depth data analysis, and generating insightful reports to support business decisions. You will also collaborate with various departments to provide expert support on data-related needs and ad hoc reporting. You will report directly to the Director of Finance Business Partner - BD 4 and work closely with the Group Finance Team, site-based finance departments, and the Global Master Data Team. Your professional competencies should include a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Qlik-Sense and Power BI, an ownership mindset with the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach to adopting new tools and methods. On a personal level, you should be self-motivated, possess a structured approach to work management, be comfortable working under tight deadlines with multiple priorities, have a strong data-driven mindset focusing on quality and accuracy, and be an effective team player thriving in a collaborative environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus), at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, analytics, or data management, hands-on experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools, and advanced skills in MS Excel including building dashboards and data models.
