Job Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Global Finance team as Senior Lead – Finance Analytics & Reporting . This role is integral to driving accurate and timely monthly financial reporting, ensuring master data integrity, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly reports with a strong focus on sales, margins, and financial KPIs. Master Data Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial master data across systems. Data Analysis & Insights: Perform deep-dive data analysis and generate meaningful reports to support business decisions. Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with multiple departments by providing expert support on data-related needs and ad hoc reporting. Key Working Relationships: Directly reports to the Director - Finance Business Partner - BD 4 Collaborates closely with the Group Finance Team , site-based finance departments, and the Global Master Data Team Professional Competencies: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Qlik-Sense, Power BI.
