Senior JIRA Administrators

As a JIRA Administrator based in Bangalore with 6-8 years of experience, your role overview will include: Your primary responsibilities will include: - Working with Jira ServiceDesk instance in the cloud at Atlassian. - Generating reports and dashboards with necessary key figures. - Administering the system, including configuration and monitoring. - Designing forms for ticket entry for different departments, incorporating mandatory fields and workflows. - Demonstrating expertise in Jira Workflow and Change Management. - Having a foundational understanding of Confluence administration, as we also use Atlassian Confluence as an on Premise installation. - Focusing specifically on Jira ServiceDesk and having basic knowledge in Jira Software administration. It is crucial for you to possess excellent English skills to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. The job is full-time and includes benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. It is expected that you have prior experience with JIRA ServiceDesk, Atlassian, and Confluence. Knowledge of the German language is preferred, and the work location is in person. Please note that the L1 interview will be conducted via Laptop only, and technical failures may result in postponement or failure. It is essential to have language skills at B1 level or above without accents or slangs. Moreover, a willingness to learn German is considered important for this role.,
