Senior Java Full-Stack Engineer

You will be joining OSP India - Hyderabad Private Limited, which is now a part of Otto Group one.O, a central partner providing strategy consulting and technology solutions for the Otto Group. Your role as a Senior Software Engineer will involve designing, developing, implementing, and operating innovative software solutions. Collaboration with international teams in Spain and Germany will be essential, using modern technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable products. Your responsibilities will include leading and contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions. Ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, and applying Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies for automation and efficiency will be key aspects of your role. Participation in code reviews, testing, technical discussions, and staying updated with emerging technologies are crucial to maintaining high-quality standards. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in software development, strong programming skills in Java (Spring Boot / Spring Reactor), proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js, experience with modern frontend technologies such as Svelte, and familiarity with automated testing frameworks like Cypress. Hands-on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform), solid understanding of AWS fundamentals, familiarity with Gradle for build automation, and proven experience in Agile development environments are required. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are also essential.
