Job Title: Java Microservices with Spring Boot Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 5+ years Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Microservices and Spring Boot, with over 5 years of professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience in Java development. Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other back-end frameworks and technologies. Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
