Senior IT Infrastructure and Linux administrator (ViCi Dial / VoIP)

We are seeking a versatile Senior IT Infrastructure & Linux Administrator to oversee our IT operations, call center voice environment, and network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience administering Linux (specifically ViciBox/OpenSuSE) and Vicidial systems,alongside strong capabilities in Windows Server/Active Directory administration, SonicWall firewalls,and desktop/end-user support for 100+ nodes.

1. Key Mandatory Technical Skills

Linux & Telephony (Core Requirement): Hands-on administration of Linux OS (OpenSuSE /Ubuntu / CentOS), ViciBox / Vicidial Server Suite, SIP trunks, ILL links, and VoIP/call center dialing infrastructure.

Windows & Server Administration: Administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), DNS, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and cloud email platforms (MS Outlook / Office 365).

Networking & Security: Administration of SonicWall Firewalls (VPN, security policies, IP filtering), LAN switches, routers, TCP/IP, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi access points.

End-User & Desktop Support: Managing operational availability for ~100 Windows desktop computers, application troubleshooting, peripherals, and physical IT asset inventory.

2. Detailed Roles and Responsibilities

A. Linux, Vicidial & Telephony Management

Maintain , optimize, and troubleshoot ViciBox Server Suite on OpenSuSE to ensure zero downtime for auto-dialing call center operations.

Diagnose dialer connectivity, configuration, latency, and database issues; coordinate with secondary software/telecom vendors when needed.

Manage primary and backup internet lines (ILL links) and SIP trunks with telecom operators to enforce SLA compliance and minimize downtime.

B. Windows Server & Network Infrastructure

Manage Microsoft Windows Server environments including Active Directory user access, permissions, DNS, GPO, and shared folders.

Configure and monitor SonicWall Firewall rules, VPNs, bandwidth optimization, and intrusion prevention.

Monitor network traffic, diagnose LAN/WAN connectivity issues, and manage switches, routers, and structured cabling.

Oversee data backup routines, endpoint protection (antivirus), OS patching, and system health updates.

C. Desktop Support & Operations

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for ~100 desktop nodes across local and remote locations.

Resolve OS, hardware, printer, MS Outlook/email login, and connectivity issues promptly.

Oversee CCTV, Biometric Door Access systems, UPS/power backup infrastructure, and

accurate hardware inventory tracking.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
