Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager to oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, network administration, systems, IT security and technical support operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across the corporate office and branch locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's complete IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers and networking equipment.
• Oversee network administration, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and firewall management.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email administration and user access controls.
• Monitor IT systems, data backups, disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures.
• Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Manage IT infrastructure and provide technical support to all branch offices.
• Implement IT policies, security standards and data protection procedures.
• Handle IT procurement, vendor management, AMC renewals and software licensing.
• Monitor IT assets, inventory and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for IT infrastructure upgrades and process improvements.
• Ensure business continuity through effective IT planning and system maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network administration.
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, TCP/IP and network security.
• Experience in Microsoft 365, email administration and cloud services.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup and disaster recovery.
• Strong troubleshooting, team management and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Educational Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

• 4–10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and administration.
• Experience managing IT operations for corporate offices and multiple branch locations.
• Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to independently manage and lead the organization's IT operations.
