Job Summary

Desi Farms is looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth through outbound calling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills, with the ability to convert prospects into paying customers and achieve business targets. Candidates must have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales of ₹15–20 lakh, preferably in inside sales or a similar sales-driven role.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidates must have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales of ₹15–20 lakh, preferably in inside sales or a similar sales-driven role.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Generate sales opportunities by following up on leads, inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or subscription plans.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers and drive subscription sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and long-term engagement.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales opportunities.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure timely conversions and minimize lost sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and conversion status in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer onboarding.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyse customer feedback and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Share regular sales updates, progress reports, and market feedback with the Reporting Manager.

Required Skills

• Candidates must have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales of ₹15–20 lakh, preferably in inside sales or a similar sales-driven role.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong lead management, follow-up, and sales closure abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
