Senior Illustrator

As a member of the Creative Design Team at PhonePe Limited, you play a crucial role in crafting a seamless and engaging customer experience across various touchpoints, be it digital or physical. By integrating visual design across product interfaces, offline materials, brand and marketing design, as well as content strategy, we aim to deliver a unified experience to our users. Requirements: With a minimum of 6 years of experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role, you bring in-depth expertise in visual design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). You have a proven track record of designing interfaces for consumer experiences at scale. Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with product design stakeholders. Thriving in a fast-paced environment with a rapid iterative design approach excites you. A degree in visual communication, fine arts, or a related field is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in visual design, user interface design, typography, iconography, illustration, and motion design. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills to articulate your designs and decisions to stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing recent works, preferably in live experiences or prototypes. Role and Responsibilities: As a Lead Product Designer at PhonePe, your primary responsibility is to create original end-to-end UI design, motion design, illustration, iconography, and prototypes. Collaborate closely with experience designers and product managers to gather context and translate wireframes into final UI designs. Ensure visual design solutions align with brand guidelines and reflect the brand personality. Develop layouts that reinforce a brand's style and voice through visual touchpoints. Maintain high visual aesthetic standards and deliver final UI designs in accordance with guidelines. Act as a liaison between product design and front-end engineering to ensure seamless translation of designs into detailed UI specifications. Take ownership of the product UI throughout the design and development stages, ensuring quality assessment and consistency from design to live production.
