SENIOR HR RECRUITER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Language Mandatory: English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to on-boarding)
  • Post jobs, screen profiles, and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring process
  • Maintain candidate database and trackers
  • Follow up for feedback, offer, and joining
  • Handle offer letters and on-boarding
  • Ensure timely closure of positions
  • Basic computer & Excel skills required
  • Maintain emails, records, and employee data
