Position: Senior HR Executive/ HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee documentation, HRMS records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
Monitor employee performance, probation, confirmations, and appraisals.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Plan and conduct employee engagement, training, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards for management.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Support organizational growth through talent acquisition and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labor compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
