We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to support the execution and continuous improvement of global Talent Management initiatives across Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Job Architecture & Levelling, and HR Analytics.
The role involves coordinating global HR processes, managing and analysing employee data, maintaining HRIS records, preparing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with regional HR teams to ensure timely and effective execution of Talent Management activities.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one of the core functional areas, a good understanding of related HR processes, strong analytical capabilities, and an interest in developing broader expertise within the Global HR COE.

Responsibility Area Description
Performance Management
- Support the end-to-end execution of global Performance Management and Goal Setting cycles.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and regional HRBPs to facilitate timely completion of performance review activities.
- Track cycle progress, consolidate data from multiple sources, and prepare status reports, dashboards, and exception reports.
- Support HRIS configuration, testing, data validation, and process-related troubleshooting in coordination with the COE Lead.
- Assist in preparing employee and manager communications, process guidelines, FAQs, and orientation materials.
- Monitor employee and manager experience with HRIS processes and AI-enabled HR support tools, consolidate feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Architecture & Levelling
- Collect, consolidate, and validate employee and job-related data across global locations.
- Support job family classification, job title standardization, job banding, and level-mapping exercises in accordance with the approved framework.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to collect and standardize job descriptions across functions and roles.
- Maintain and regularly update the global job catalog, job descriptions, role mappings, and leveling records.
- Conduct research on market practices, job structures, and relevant country-specific employment requirements to support framework implementation.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and mapping exceptions.
HR Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and trackers covering performance management, compensation, and job architecture initiatives.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to the COE Lead.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems and reporting tools.
- Support HRIS process improvements, system testing, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives.
- Prepare management presentations, project updates, and analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
Global COE Coordination & Project Support
- Coordinate with regional HRBPs, business stakeholders, and internal teams to support the implementation of global Talent Management initiatives.
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, action items, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of assigned activities.
- Support the development and standardization of global HR policies, process guidelines, SOPs, and employee communication materials. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data quality, and employee experience.
