As a Growth Web Engineer, you will be responsible for driving acquisition, onboarding, monetization, organic growth, and retention across New Relic's web properties. You will lead the website testing methodology, enhance Drupal automated test coverage, and actively participate in the design process to improve user experience. Additionally, you will formulate efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates, as well as contribute to all technical aspects of New Relic's public web properties. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience, along with 4+ years of website testing experience, expertise in testing Drupal 9/10, and proficiency in Git, JavaScript, Cypress, and cross-browser testing. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment using Agile techniques, tools, and methodologies, and possess a collaborative work style promoting shared code ownership. Bonus points are awarded if you have familiarity with tools like Figma, Tailwind CSS, Eleventy, or Svelte JS, experience working at an enterprise scale, and a background in technical mentorship and support.
