As a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor, you play a crucial role in creating visually captivating designs and compelling video content to effectively convey messages, enhance brand identities, and engage the target audience. Collaborating with stakeholders and creative team members, you conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various platforms, ensuring a seamless visual experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for diverse projects such as logos, branding materials, social media graphics, and website elements. - Utilize industry-standard graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficiently for effective design creation and editing. - Conduct research to stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis, drawing inspiration for your projects. - Refine and enhance designs based on feedback from team members, incorporating appropriate colors and layouts to achieve the desired visual impact. - Edit video footage for platforms like YouTube and social media channels, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with the brand's objectives. - Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs and create compelling storytelling through effective sequencing and editing techniques. - Capture video footage using a camera when necessary and ensure high-quality audio elements are integrated into video projects. - Conduct competitive analysis to align content with current market trends and contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a graphic designer and video editor or similar roles. - Strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design and video editing projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. - Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques. - Creative thinking skills to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos. - Attention to detail, keen eye for aesthetics, and ability to manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Willingness to adapt, receive feedback, and make revisions as needed. - Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.
