Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer at our company located in Chhatarpur, Delhi, you will be responsible for creating innovative packaging designs and visually captivating social media graphics for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, you will specialize in Packaging Design, Branding, and Social Media. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and conceptualizing packaging concepts that align with brand guidelines and market trends. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to convey brand stories through compelling visual designs. Additionally, you will be required to develop print-ready artwork for various packaging materials such as labels, cartons, pouches, and shrink wraps. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends, competitor packaging strategies, and digital content approaches within the FMCG sector. You should be adept at adapting designs for different platforms and ensuring consistency across all visual brand assets, from product packaging to digital and print media. Furthermore, managing multiple projects with strict deadlines while upholding high design standards will be a key part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Your portfolio should demonstrate your expertise in packaging design and social media creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required, while experience with After Effects is a plus. A good understanding of print production and digital resolution requirements, along with strong attention to detail, color theory, typography, and layout skills, will be essential for success in this role.
