Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 3+ years of experience in creating visually compelling designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics, and animations, along with the ability to translate concepts into high-quality visuals. This role involves collaborating with teams, developing design strategies, and ensuring brand consistency. Key Responsibilities: Develop design guidelines and creative concepts for assigned brands. Create and edit graphics, banners, logos, and other visual assets while ensuring timely delivery. Research and design information architecture, wireframes, and layouts for various projects. Work on motion graphics and animations along with static designs. Ensure final graphics and layouts align with brand aesthetics and messaging. Coordinate internally and externally for seamless project execution and completion. Incorporate client and team feedback to enhance designs. Maintain a positive and inspiring work environment while fostering collaboration. Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve design skills. Actively participate in internal company activities and contribute creatively. Log out of the system after completing work and adhere to work discipline. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or digital media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory. Experience in motion graphics, animations, and wireframing. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
