SENIOR GAME ARTIST

As a Senior Game Artist at our company, your role will involve creating art in a wide range of styles, from realistic to cartoon, throughout the entire process from concept to implementation in the game. You will be responsible for developing character concepts, environments, backgrounds, game interfaces, and menus. Additionally, you will work on creating high-quality texture content for the game world and decorating art assets within our in-house game engine. Your active involvement in the game creation process will include collaborating with the design team, meeting project deadlines, and guiding and mentoring junior artists. Key Responsibilities: - Create art in various styles for the game - Generate high-quality texture content - Develop character concepts, environments, and backgrounds - Design game interface and menus - Decorate art assets in the in-house game engine - Collaborate with the design team - Guide and mentor junior artists - Meet project deadlines and milestones Qualifications Required: - BA in art media, graphic design, or equivalent relevant experience - 3+ years of experience as a video game artist - Proficiency in digital/traditional and graphic art techniques - Good knowledge of 2D editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator - Strong background in academic drawing, sketching, and illustration - Versatility in tackling various tasks - Self-motivation, excellent communication, and organization skills - Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide feedback - Ability to multi-task and adapt to change easily We offer an attractive compensation package, participation in a profit-sharing scheme, the opportunity to work with a small and passionate autonomous indie team, complete ownership of the game with no client work involved, and freedom to implement and research top-notch game development processes.,
