About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take a business problem from idea to production. You will build and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and Angular, work closely with product, design and engineering teams, and use modern AI coding tools to ship faster without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and Angular (frontend).
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.

Backend

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement server-side logic and business rules.
• Optimize application performance, reliability and scalability.

Frontend

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement proper state management and data handling across the application.

Database

• Design schemas and write optimized queries in MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Maintain data integrity and query performance as data volumes grow.

Engineering Best Practices

• Write clean ES6+ JavaScript.
• Follow Git-based version control and Agile workflows.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
• Participate actively in code reviews.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Collaboration

• Work with product managers, designers and fellow developers to troubleshoot issues and deliver features.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

End-to-End Ownership

• Understand business processes and translate them into complete technology solutions.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; exposure to microservices architecture.
• Solid working knowledge of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with unit, integration and E2E testing frameworks.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Understanding of web security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, OWASP basics).
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.

Good to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments or e-commerce domains.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with caching and messaging tools (Redis, queues).
