Senior Full Stack Developer(MERN)

As an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in the MERN stack and serverless technologies, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable, high-quality solutions. With a minimum of 6 years of software development experience, including proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases, you will lead a team to ensure best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js and serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions. You will architect front-end solutions using React.js and ensure seamless integration with backend services. Additionally, you will design, implement, and optimize both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Conducting code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability will be part of your routine. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in the MERN stack, serverless architectures, and cloud platforms. As a leader, you will mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on the MERN stack. Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams is crucial. Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB, along with hands-on experience in serverless architectures and strong understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases, are necessary. A solid grasp of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms will be beneficial. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills are highly valued. Additional skills such as experience with GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes are a plus.
