As a Senior Full Stack Developer at the company, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to web application development, API integration, database management, front-end, and back-end development. Your expertise in Laravel, ReactJS, and experience in the HRMS domain will be valuable in contributing to the dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS. - Developing and integrating RESTful APIs to connect various services and ensure smooth data flow. - Designing and optimizing database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB for efficient data storage and retrieval. - Building responsive user interfaces with ReactJS to ensure a seamless user experience. - Implementing server-side logic and maintaining the core application framework using Laravel. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in Laravel with 3-5 years of experience. - Strong experience with ReactJS and front-end development. - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git.
