Roles and Responsibilities: To work on digital marketing projects for domestic as well as international clients. Areas of work: SEO, SMO, Google Ads, App Store Optimization Facebook & Instagram Ads, Video & Content Marketing. To deliver SERP rank improvement for SEO projects, increase user base and user engagement/interaction for SMO projects, and improve cost/conversion for PPC projects. Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. You will be required to communicate with the members of the design and content development teams and get the necessary materials you need for the projects. You will be required to communicate with your clients for taking inputs and sharing reports and updates. You will also be required to monitor the competition and provide suggestions for improvement to your clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge. Required Candidates Profile: Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing concepts, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound knowledge of the latest SEO trends and Google algorithms. Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics (GA4), SEMRush, Search Console, etc.). Good knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, App Store Optimization and Video). Experience with B2B/B2C social media promotions - Organic & Paid. Certifications : Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Salary: As per industry standard. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Laravel, ReactJS, and experience in the HRMS domain to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications using Laravel and ReactJS. You will be required to develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data flow between various services. In addition, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing database schemas using MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. You will be responsible for building responsive user interfaces with ReactJS to deliver a seamless user experience. Your role will also involve implementing server-side logic and maintaining the core application framework using Laravel. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position based in our Kolkata office. The role falls under the Software Development category. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Key Skills required for this position include proficiency in Laravel, strong experience with ReactJS and front-end development, a solid understanding of PostgreSQL, familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON, knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as experience with version control systems like Git.
