As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Crewmeister, you will play a key role in bringing our tech vision to life. Your responsibilities include designing solutions, leading the execution of major features, and architecting scalable software solutions for medium to large business requirements. You will drive customer satisfaction, developer experience, operational excellence, and maintain code quality. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, contribute to the tech vision, and have a solid understanding of our code base, infrastructure, and architecture. Qualifications for this role include expertise in Flutter and JavaScript, strong mentoring and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, technical decision competency, and a high level of motivation. You should have at least 5 years of experience with the tech stack, 6 years of professional software development experience, and knowledge of building mobile apps is a plus. Fluency in English, a good sense of humor, and a collaborative mindset are also required.
