Accellor is an AI-native services firm focused on delivering measurable business outcomes through advanced AI, data, and engineering capabilities. We help global innovators and Fortune 100 enterprises modernize their architectures, scale operations, and operationalize intelligence across the enterprise.
Our core focus centers on transforming advanced AI from proofs-of-concept into production-grade systems. Spanning AI solutions, robust data services, enterprise applications, and product engineering — we tailor our offerings to the distinct operational needs of industries such as healthcare, life sciences, telecom, retail, financial services, and technology.
Operating as an extension of our clients' teams, we combine design thinking with technology-agnostic architectures to ensure faster time-to-value and seamless system interoperability. From initial strategy to full-scale deployment, we build intelligent, connected ecosystems that drive sustained enterprise value and redefine the future of transformation.
We're looking for a Senior Frontend (UI) Developer with a strong focus on UI development: someone who turns designs into polished, responsive and accessible interfaces, and has the practical frontend knowledge to make them work in real applications. You'll use AI tools as a normal part of how you build and review code.
Responsibilities
-
Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces that work across devices and browsers.
-
Build and maintain reusable UI components and contribute to the design system.
-
Write clean, scalable HTML and CSS, including layouts, theming and design tokens.
-
Add animations, transitions and micro-interactions that make interfaces feel polished.
-
Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and consistent UI quality, working closely with designers.
-
Build interactive features in React and connect them to backend APIs.
-
Debug, test and optimise UI performance, and take part in code reviews.
Requirements
-
3–5 years of UI or frontend development experience, with live work or a portfolio that shows UI quality.
-
Expert HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, responsive design and cross-browser behaviour.
-
Experience with Tailwind CSS, SCSS or CSS-in-JS, and component tools such as Storybook.
-
Hands-on experience with UI component libraries such as MUI (Material UI) and Radix UI, including customising and theming them.
-
A strong eye for detail: spacing, typography and visual consistency.
-
Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with designers.
-
Practical working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript and React (components, state, hooks and API calls).
-
Comfortable with Git, code reviews and basic testing.
AI Tools & Workflow
-
Daily use of AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code to build and refine UI faster.
-
Experience using design-to-code tools (e.g. Figma Dev Mode, v0) to generate first-pass components, then refining them to production quality.
-
Ability to give AI tools clear context so their output follows the design system and team standards.
-
Strong review habits: checking AI-generated UI for visual accuracy, accessibility and code quality.
Good To Have
-
Experience with UI animation libraries such as GSAP, React Spring or Lottie.
-
Experience building AI-powered interfaces, such as chat or assistant UIs.
-
Next.js experience or work on large-scale design systems.
