Senior Finance Sales & Fulfilment Executive – Home Loans & Community Support

We are hiring an experienced Finance Sales & Fulfilment Executive who can independently handle direct home-loan leads, convert qualified enquiries, collect financial information, prepare Home Loan X-Ray sheets and coordinate customer fulfilment.

The role also includes responsibility for community support, customer communication and timely resolution of queries.

Candidates must have finance-sector sales experience and hands-on experience handling home-loan enquiries.

Sales and lead management responsibilities:

• Handle assigned direct leads for new home loans, balance transfers and related loan services.
• Make 40–50 calls daily to new leads and follow-up clients.
• Understand customer requirements, assess readiness and explain suitable next steps.
• Explain the company’s services clearly, handle objections and convert qualified enquiries into customers.
• Work towards agreed sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Schedule consultations, confirm appointments and follow up with clients who miss calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call remarks, lead stages, next actions and follow-up dates.

Customer fulfilment responsibilities:

• Collect accurate details such as current bank, outstanding loan amount, interest rate, EMI, remaining tenure, CIBIL score, income and property information.
• Prepare Home Loan X-Ray sheets using approved templates and coordinate review before sharing recommendations.
• Explain reviewed findings, answer basic loan questions and escalate complex queries to the appropriate senior.
• Follow up for missing information and documents.
• Coordinate with the loan-processing team to track application submission, pending requirements, sanction and disbursal.
• Keep customers informed about verified progress, pending actions and next steps.
• Ensure every handoff is accepted by the next responsible team member and continue tracking outstanding customer commitments.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and escalate delays promptly.

Community and customer support responsibilities:

• Monitor the company’s WhatsApp communities, groups and assigned support inbox during working hours.
• Respond to programme, webinar, course-access and basic loan-service queries.
• Share approved announcements, session reminders and service updates.
• Record unresolved queries, escalate them to the appropriate person and follow through until resolved.
• Coordinate with operations and fulfilment teams to provide accurate client updates.
• Handle client information carefully and communicate professionally.

Mandatory eligibility and skills:

• 4+ years of sales experience in the finance / financial services sector.
• Relevant experience in home-loan sales, banking sales, NBFC sales or financial-services sales, including practical home-loan enquiry handling.
• Finance educational background; MBA Finance preferred.
• Practical knowledge of home loans, balance transfers, EMI, interest rates, loan tenure and CIBIL.
• Strong communication skills in Telugu and English.
• Confidence in sales conversations, objection handling, lead conversion and customer follow-ups.
• Experience using CRM software and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage daily tasks, meet deadlines and take responsibility without repeated reminders.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Kondapur office.

Only candidates with relevant finance-sector sales experience should apply. General telecalling or non-finance sales experience alone does not meet this requirement.

Daily reporting:

Report leads contacted, follow-ups completed, sales conversions, data collected, X-Ray sheets prepared, consultations booked, loan-case progress, pending documents and unresolved support queries with their next actions.
