Senior Exhibition Designer

As a Senior Exhibition Designer at Indus Exhifab, your role will be to create visually compelling and functional exhibition designs that align with client requirements and project budgets. You will review design briefs, allocate design tasks, guide designers, and ensure all designs meet client specifications. Collaboration with the construction team, validation of graphic elements, oversight of vinyl preparation, and coordination with printers and vendors will be key responsibilities in this full-time, on-site position in Ghaziabad. Key Responsibilities: - Review design briefs and collect new design requirements or changes. - Allocate design tasks to team members based on skills and availability. - Ensure designs meet client specifications, project requirements, and budget constraints. - Guide designers in incorporating attractive and cost-effective elements. - Ensure team members receive design briefs at least one day in advance. - Collaborate with the construction team for alignment with design plans. - Review and validate all graphic elements for accuracy and quality. - Oversee vinyl preparation and application according to project needs. - Coordinate with printers and vendors for timely and quality output. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Exhibition Design, or related field. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of exhibition design principles and techniques. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
